Alright
Here we go again

Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
I'll give a little bit
I'll give a little bit of my love to you

There's so much that we need to share
So send a smile and show you care

Alright, alright

I'll give a little bit
I'll give a little bit of my life for you
So give a little bit
Oh, give a little bit of your time to me

See the man with the lonely eyes
Oh, take his hand, you'll be surprised

Oh, take it

Come along
Come on

Give a little bit
Give a little bit of your love to me
I give a little bit
I give a little bit of my life for you

Now's the time that we need to share
So, find yourself, we're on our way back home

Going home
Don't you need, don't you need to feel at home?
Oh, yeah, we gotta see

You gotta get a feeling
You come along too

You can come along too, yeah
Come a—, come a—, come a—, come along

Cha, cha, cha
Ooh, yeah, come along too
Yeah, come along too, yeah
Sing Betty Lou

Come along too
What a long ride
Come a long way
Ooh, sing it tonight

A very talented, and largely overlooked, band. Worth checking all their songs.

This whole album is stellar.  Hearing this track gives me a hankering to go listen to the whole thing again.

Hard to say whether this or Crime was their pinnacle.  Probably not Breakfast.

Everybody in my homeless camp loves this marvelous classic song...  it's actually from a pretty dang sweet album...  I think I have this original vinyl somewhere...

I sure do, excellent condition.  Won't part with it.

Interesting, they were far from overlooked in my neck of the woods....
Great memories of High Life in High School! Sure love the cover photo, too — Seems to be Indian Peaks, Colorado in the background!
Coming out of the haze of the 70's is Supertramp!!!

A guilty pleasure from the 70s.  Sounds pretty good!
Good song, not their best though.
Meh.
"Sing Betty Louuuuuuuu"

Is that what he sings?

Supertramp always kinda gave me the willies because I could never really tell if the lead singer was a man or woman by the voice over the radio.

"The lead singer"? They have two lead singers and they split the vocals depending on which one wrote the song. This one is Roger Hodgson, the other is Rick Davies.

To hear Rick, listen to "Bloody Well Right".

Nice to see the song nudging upwards, now a 7. Hopefully my 9 helped.

This song is so good for my Budweiser drinking, capitalist loving ears!
Supertramp at their mawkish worst.
Summer of 77, driving around in my Chevy Van....

.......... very much so - Crime of the Century is a classic
Interesting. I was one of the frist 7 votes and each of the votes was a different rating. Is this song really that polarizing?

Aw, man! I was hoping for the Goo-Goo Dolls version. (just kidding)

Rating's moving up a little. The haters got on here first.
Average of 6.5??  Always gorgeous!! {#Cheers}
