In that dream I'm as old as the mountains
Still as starlight reflected in fountains
Children grown on the edge of the ocean
Kept like jewelry kept with devotion

In that dream moving slow through the morning

You would come to me then without answers
Lick my wounds and remove my demands for now
Eucalyptus and orange trees are blooming
In that dream there's no darkness alluded

In that dream moving slow through the morning time

In that dream I could hardly contain it
All my life I will wait to attain it
There, there, there

I know someday the smoke will all burn off
All these voices I'll someday have turned off
I will see you someday when I've woken
I'll be so happy just to have spoken
I'll have so much to tell you about it

In that dream I could hardly contain it
All my life I will wait to attain it
There, there, there

Wide-eyed walker, don't betray me
I will wake one day, don't delay me
Wide-eyed leaver, always going

Not really doing anything for me this band. Sorry.

Got some MMJ influence here.

"Stinking Feet"?! Rymes with "Fleet"! I guess that would be hilarious . . . if you were 4 years old.

I thought Stinkray was 4.

sounds like something Kermit would sing on the Muppet Show.

Just saw them live in SLC, UT and they were great. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear anything not on their 1st album that does anything for me. No melodies that stay with you..

The first album is definitely stickier, but the second is lovely too.

...this is cool one; nice to hear them stretch a little bit...

5.6!? Really!? I'm surprised.  I quite enjoy this song.

A friend of mine calls them the "Stinking Feet Foxes" - I agree full heartedly, if this is
a reference to their nu-boring folk.

I was to until I heard this drivel. I hope the rest is better. Couldn't be much worse.

Agree. It just doesn't do it for me. The a capella at the end was almost painfull.

I think this band is one of those that needs to be seen live to be appreciated. I remember being impressed watching their performance on SNL. I keep expecting to enjoy them that much listening to their studio work. I don't dislike them, they just don't inspire me to seek their music out. But live might be a different story.

repetitive

Not only painful, but predictable too. I was hoping FF would grow out of their homemade harmonies and move into something more creative but I think they're planning on mining this vein well into mediocrity. . . IMHO. . .
