Why keep on hanging on this way?
Like breaking waves are our every day.
A cosmic pull, a constant pulsing wave.
Reminiscing our water, yeah.
Oh wah ooh.
It's a beauty to live and dream.
Enough to make me fall down on my knees.
I surrender. Won't beg or plead.
Sweet surrender, soon I'll be free.
If time's a river, we'll reach the sea.
If waking life's a dream, then wake me up.
Wake me up with serenades.
Another dream, another phase.
An endless dance, and endless face.
And I won't mind the change.
And then I'll go.
Ooh wah ooh.
End we all go easy.
Like breaking waves are our every day.
A cosmic pull, a constant pulsing wave.
Reminiscing our water, yeah.
Oh wah ooh.
It's a beauty to live and dream.
Enough to make me fall down on my knees.
I surrender. Won't beg or plead.

I love their Schism cover. White Rabbit is very good as well.
Great song from a crazy good live band! If you haven't seen them play and you get the chance don't miss it. They have a few covers that are amongst my all time favorite covers (check out their version of PF Have a Cigar)

10 for this because of it's hypgnosis' cover.

I have a mountain home about a half hour from Nederland. The town may be one of the last surviving hippy towns. Among other attractions are an old-fashioned merry-go-round with hand-carved animals to ride on and a very good Nepalese restaurant and rock shop.
i forgot all about this one. i kind of like it!
Trampled by Turtles? I thought some of the group names from my era were weird.
Reminiscing our water, yeah.
Oh wah ooh.
Oh dear......
Oh wah ooh.
Oh dear......
Lovin that riff under the lyrics 10-10
Nice to see that Charlie Rose found a new profession after being ousted from journalism forever. Oh,wait, not the same Charlie Rose? Nevermind, then. Sorry, Charlie.

Did that rhetoric come from a press kit or did you write it yourself - or both? Nice: I like the idea of a "tiny mountain".
Elephant Revival hail from a tiny mountain, Nederland Colorado. Five beautiful souls with mad skills when it comes to music making, This band has evolved into an a amazingly creative and masterful band who create a powerful sound that resonates with authenticity and passion. Their latest LIVE release comes closest to accurately representing their overall tonal depth and energy but to know EP is to see them live, at this recent show in Aspen, after each song my dear friend who rarely goes out would say to the band “Thank You” and mean it deeply, this is how EP can affect you.
Here are photos and review of the show on Dec 13 2012 at the Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado.

For us, ahem, older listeners, Nederland was the home of Caribou Ranch recording studios. Lots of great music recorded in that barn. Do these guys have grandfathers that hung out there?

Had the opportunity to see them live in Breckenridge, unfortunately the audio quality of the place was really bad. Didn't stop lots of people from getting up and dancing.

I never knew elephants ever went out of fashion? That means that elephant endorned fleece I bought from the market is stylish again!

Sounds like Deb Talon.
Really liking this talented band from Nederland -- thirteen miles up Boulder Creek but another world entirely! I love their unique, interesting sounds, rhythms, and harmonies. Breathy, earthy, evocative...

Pardon the pun but Elephant Revival has huge talent.
Delighted to hear Elephant Revival on RP! They played here in Missoula a few months ago and I really enjoyed their show, captivating performance by talented young people. I really like their older LP as well. https://elephantrevival.com
My kind of music. I look forward to seeing these folks live one day soon! Great!
Reminds me of Conor Oberst in Bright Eyes and some of the Monsters of Folk stuff. This is quite good!
Wow.. seen these guys come through our little Colorado town a few times. An excellent group, and they very humble nice folks. Hope to hear more!
Thanks RP for picking them up!
Thanks RP for picking them up!
Bill announced this as their debut release but actually this is their second release. Their first release is actually quite good too.
From a distance I heard Leon Russell
First listen and the first thing that came to mind was Crosby Stills and Nash on some of the harmonizing.
...reminiscent of lisa hannigan...
