There's not enough naivety in the world. Almost inevitably this song has been blagged by advertising vandals who are using to flog a bank or some such monstrosity in New Zild.

B&S often get that label.  They are none of those things you describe, nor do I think any reasonable assessment of their work would justify the epithet.  They are a great band, one of the best going.  I'll say it since no one else will.  I hear a hint of homophobia and machismo in it.  It's a dumb word.

mmm, didn't realise that "twee" was not part of "an actual language" since it is in very common use in this neck of the woods - it even features in my concise Oxford English dictionary. The solution to your being cyber-challenged could be the same as the solution to me being challenged vocabularly-wise. Try google. Just type "define twee" in the search space and voila!

I like the spirit of this, but it makes me feel like a dog that wants to howl because of the frequency of the tones. Everything is so high and tweety (as in tweeter speakers) that it's kind of hurting my ears! Fun tune though.
