When the thorn bush turns white that's when I'll come home
I am going out to see what I can sow
And I don't know where I'll go
And I don't know what I'll see
But I'll try not to bring it back home with me

Like the morning sun your eyes will follow me
As you watch me wander, curse the powers that be
Cause all I want is here and now
But it's already been and gone
Our intentions always last that bit too long

Far far away
No voices sounding
No one around me
And you're still there
Far far away
No choices passing
No time confounds me
And you're still there

In the full moon's light I listen to the stream
And in between the silence hear you calling me
But I don't know where I am
And I don't trust who I've been
And If I come home how will I ever leave

Oh, yes. According to the german kids book "das kleine Gespenst", Ghosts get black when they whoop around in the sun...

Ok, I felt a compelling need to consolidate and alphabetize the band names listed by LowPhreak, On_The_Beach, and Aghori.  Now, the next people can work from this to add more...

Compare a red-tailed hawk to a king penguin.  They're both endothermic vertebrates with feathers and toothless beaks from the avian species.  We've been had!   Good quote.
Great HT quote, but I do like the song. Different

Wouldn't call that embarassing. To be honest, the Twilight movie has a kickass soundrack.

Some clever stuff gong on there - I'm going to have to find out more about these guys! 💀
Cool song, interesting and just slightly "different"
Quite enjoyable, not familiar with them but this works.
I have always dug this one but like it even more coming along in a tasty set with Grant Lee Buffalo, Jesse Sykes, The Shins, and Beck.
interesting

The album art!
Brilliant track... now going to explore the rest of their work {#Jump}
The album art is fantastic. Simple yet complex...ahhhh....
Reminds me of Tame Impalas but what do I know...

No, really. Where the hell are you? Really. This is driving me nuts. And don't tell me a hotel in Vegas.
Expose yourself, Romeo.

Actually, I don't give a rat's ass, now. By the time I typed this last time, I had lost the desire to know anything about you.

Team Edward FTW!
Quite a likable tune.  Oddly, (and thankfully) this time there are not a lot of comments saying this should be a biker/death/metal tune because of the band name and/or a human skull depicted on the cover, unlike the notes for that Bohren & der Club of Gore tune.
This set so far has a nice, twangy and spooky sound to it. Unique only on RP.
Darn, even though I own this song on TWO cd's, I am still bummed I have missed hearing it on RP that past several times it has aired..... (hehee - that's how MUCH I love this song...).  Glad I heard it today - got me up & dancing.

oh, and in another song i counted 20+ of your comment, 5 of which stating you have the original in tape. Not so nice of you to think RP listeners don't get it the first/seconds/third/etc time around... give us some credit!

Oh, lighten up.  It isn't like his comments aren't plainly his, with the big green font.  If you don't want to read them, skip them.

I picture romeo in a vast, underlit hotel suite at the Bellagio overlooking the fountain. The suite is filled with people, all of whom are fabulously beautiful and wonderful friends. The amazing sound system plays RP 24 hours a day, of course.

Don't mess with my fantasy.

I know this song from the Twilight soundtrack, the only thing I liked about the movie.

I love the bass line and the atmosphere. This songs sends me off somewhere ethereal. I discovered this song before I saw the movie, so I thankfully do not have the movie association when I hear it.  The song still gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

You're welcome!  It took 18 months to get through the review process, but at least it's finally in the rotation.

That's way too long.

Sorry, Bill and Rebecca, but it's true. This album came out in 2008. You had a listener who was a fan when it came out, or shortly thereafter, and it took you 18 months to "approve" this song?

I can't speak for other listeners, but Radio Paradise opened a world of music to me (while giving me familiar comfort of songs I knew) when I was living in France, where radio is just...ugh. And for several years, RP was enough. However, in the past two or so years, I've had access to new music via other sources, and it's disappointing to see how RP lags behind.

Rant over. It's not my place to judge. I don't have to sift through music all day long. And because I was about to upload a song right before I checked out the comments on this song, well... *holds tongue*

Perfect song for Halloween....it's coming {#Skull}

Great song.  Love the vibe...nice groove.  I believe this was in either Twilight or New Moon.  Not sure if it's on the movie's soundtrack, though.
Oh yeah.......... I think I am going to like this.

I had only heard this song before on a certain soundtrack...... (Twilight)  But now I have previewed their whole album on Amazon, and I'm thinking they sound like My Morning Jacket meets Dirty Vegas (which are both 2 of my faves).  Thinking I will pick this album up!

Who the flip are these guys and why haven't I heard about them before?

I think I like, but sometimes likes are deceiving..........

I'd be interested in hearing more! Any one know much bout this group? {#Cheers}
I kinda like the swingy beat and the echoing vocals. Giving it a 4 until I hear it a few more times in context with more of the RP library.
