There will be some happy endings
There'll be dreams that don't come true
But in the times ahead, there's love and dread coming
All in all, it makes it that much harder for you

I know you're worried
I'm worried too
But if you're ready, I'm here to fall with you
What else is there for us to do?

You'll push back against the sorrow
Wait for the sun and we get through
And if it glares too bright, we'll pull the shades but dim the lights
That's just the way it is, but it makes it that much harder for you

I know you're worried
I'm worried too
But if you're ready, I'm here to fall with you
What else is there for us to do?

What else is there for us to do?

I know you're worried
I'm worried too
But if you're ready, I'm here to fall with you
What else is there for us to do?

I know you're worried
I'm worried too
But if you're ready, I'm here to fall with you
I'm here to fall with you

I'm here to fall with you
I'm here to fall with you
What else is there for us to do?

Good to see these boys and girl still turning it out and turning it up.
Saw them last monday  in concert here in Frankfurt. Best show I've seen in ages!
Check them out on stage.
What a cool tune!
Great tune - long time fan of YLT, but never heard this one before. Gotta love RP!

H Tu , Brute?

Are you kidding?  Way more of Yo La Tengo needed in the line up.
This song rocks. Smooth, deep, aggressive. Me like.

Might get this out of it, though.

Don't agree as I do like Y.L.T.  However, that is funny!

Epic
every day the same  - how do I spent my bucks - pls be more aktive thx

Werner
It's pretty good, but way overplayed (on RP)! I'd definitely prefer to hear "Our way to fall" once in a while instead of this.

So we try and try
Even if it lasts an hour
With all our might
We'll try and make it ours
Cause we're on our way
We're on our way to fall in love

Just love this entire painting...

Yea, this is probably an overlooked band that should get props for putting out quality music for over 25 years, no small feat!{#Cool}

It's all Palin' into insignificance.

Alacrity!  I know a bigger word - delicatessen!

Rocking.

Alacrity - good word.  It should be used more often.  Nice tune - I like the album cover too - wouldn't get much music out of that cassette.
I love this song! It has this defeatist aggression that I really like.

I like it, good to see these guys still churnin away, they have been together for a looong time. What is it, going on 25+ years now?{#Eek}

Are you serious? I"ve not heard of them till I hooked up with RP a few years ago.
Wow.
A great opening track for another solid album from them.

Great question. I was half asleep when I heard this and woke right up. Very cool.

One of the best records overall that I've heard in the past few years, and I have enjoyed owning a copy.

Yes.  I get the point.  But frankly, the dusty ambient noise works.  I'm not sure why, but it does work.

This is a very different sound for YLT. We fear change.

Second time today I've heard YLT on two very different stations (yes, this the better by far), but perhaps it bodes well for the group.

Brilliant! Sounds like a blend of old psychedelic and modern trip-hop or dub with a dash of some Motown thrown in for fun. {#Music}

well, maybe it is too similar, just can't listen to it without hearing Paper Tiger...
One minute into this song I was ready to dismiss it...then at about two minutes I reconsidered. I actually love the electric piano thing with the orchestral element mixed in.

Yah, they've the rock-out knob up to at least 6 on this one, which is saying something, since they rarely get over 3.

Most excellent to Outsdanding, no flying smileys, that would be me now, falling later

And no, it is not 1:23  night but 5:23 pm on this side of the planet, well, night again. The first day of the year is gone already

Wow! What a nice surprise... unique sound, I like it! - an 8 for me on first exposure. Had to turn the volume up. - Thanks Bill!

{#Music} Pleasure!
This is very cool!
This prompted a turn up of the volume.  Intriguing!
