This is the first Calexico song I've heard that I thought was really poor. But they've done enough good stuff to allow for one poor offering.

How funny - this is the only song I've heard from the CD that really grabs me...

Completely agree. That was just what I was coming here to say. Only pretty good.

Saw them last week here in LA -- truly excellent show, and they had salvador duran as guest. they didn't play much from this album, tho...
Saw them at Lollapalooza yesterday. Great show.

I heart this song.

OK song, but like the rest of the album, it's just not 'Calexico'. I know it's good for a band to grow and explore different styles, but in doing so I think Calexico have lost the thing that made them different from so many other bands.
Have to agree. This disc is not bad, but the "edges" have definitely been smoothed out a bit. Feast of Wire is much, much better in my opinion.
good early morning jam
love the picture, the song is quite strange for Calexico, that's right...but i love it! good tune
Wow, is it just me or has there been a lot of new music played today? I love it, keep it coming RP!!

Hey it's got a beat and you can (slam) dance to it!
