GOOD TUNE!  I like it. I don't care what anybody else says.  Thanx RP!
El Boring-O
This was recorded at the Strawberry Music festival just outside of Yosemite. It's a Bluegrass/Folk festival with some world thrown in. Very cool Fest if you're into that sort of thing. The MC is Dallas Dobro Morning DJ on KPIG in Freedom California (just outside Santa Cruz). He's pretty funny as an MC, in a dry pun driven way. I probably caught this set, and inferring from Dallas' tone, it was probably during the day. KPIG by the way was the first radio station to broadcast on the net, and Bill helped them with their steaming site.

Oh, well, if it was Frank Zappa then ... nevermind.
What bothered me more is that he said something about "fiery guitar" and "driving rhythm section" and then the band failed to deliver either.
Hey did any of you by cracky or crikey or gummers notice the music here? Oh, well neither did I. As you were.

Cripes, Crikey and By Gum. Well I'll be blowed if I didn't know that I should never...ever...

In the introduction, the emcee used the expression ''by crackee.'' That should never be said. Ever. In any context. If I ever use that expression (or ''by gum'') -- except in this one case, in which I am stooping to decry its use -- I can only hope someone kills me on the spot, before I die of acute embarrassment-induced thrombosis.

(ding!) Hey Joe! Hey Bob! How's it going? 3, please. Doin' ok. Hey, you heading to the company picnic this year? Ah, I'm gonna miss it this year. Heading upstate, family, you know. Right, right. Maybe we'll catch you next time, get the kids together. Yeah, that'd be great! Hey, this is my stop. (ding!) Take it easy, Bob. Yeah, Joe, see 'ya around...

The song itself is fine.
