Yeah, unless it was one where jerry was whacked out on 'ludes or bad smoked heroin.... otherwise definitely not. Man, the more I hear of Sonic Youth the more I think it's a make-work project for NYC bobo musicians who THINK they're cool but really aren't. Frankly, these guys really suck. No dynamics, no groove, no melody, production's weak, song goes on WAY too long.... a wasted 15 minutes on RP. Sorry, I just don't get it. I suppose they didn't vote for Bush, so I guess they're good eggs.
