Why are there so many albums "Live from Japan?" Do musicians play better there? Is the crowd more appreciative?
Live In Japan? I'd like to see video of the crowd.

Yeah it does.....
Collins is one of a handful of guitarists who can play a Tele without any apology. Add to that his singing, soulfulness and excellent sartorial sense and you have a very important musician and performer. They don't make 'em like that anymore.
I like ...
How about South, Doves, Badly Drawn Boy, Pinback, Nada Surf and the like?
I kinda like this guy from a tremendous concert in Athens back in the early 80's with Koko Taylor and the Chicago Blues Band. Hot Hot Feeling!!!
Makes me miss my hometown, Chicago
It's got a good beat. It's easy to dance to. I'll give it a 5.
"Ain't got nuthin' but the blues". Is there a better way to go?

Albert is awesome. If you like this, check out "Showdown" a collection of Albert, Johnny Copeland and Robert Cray. Excellent.
ALBERT! Had the distinct pleasure of seeing Mr. Collins at Antone's on some hazy night in the 80's. the Iceman 'kin sho' rock yer socks off.
Man, this has one helluva groove.
Got this one on vinyl, time to dig it out and give it a spin.

Brittle like breaking glass...but sooo good...
There's a reason Jimi Hendrix was all about Albert Collins...
I dig Albert Collins. Others have better chops, but his vocals, his feeling, his entire package are excellent. Great selection!
Albert cooks!
