All due respect, Scott, but I don't think that's fair. Spinal Tap was much better than this.
I see little people dancing around a tiny replica of stonehenge.
Please play this again.
I want some of whatever Bill's having.
I really like this song--one of his more experimental works. Defintely a "Pagan" song, referencing deities, tricksters, and animal identification.
This is Donovan? This is not Donovan. Donovan? Donovan Leitch? No way. "G'mornin, Mr. Leitch, 'ave you 'ad a busy day?"
Is that Robert Plant I hear in the background?
my mom liked Donovan. this song is giving me flashbacks to when I was 5 years old and I was forced to listen to whatever music my parents had playing... thanks, mom and dad, for helping me to get a good education and thus a good job which pays for CDs that I choose all on my own (ie, not Donovan)!
I'm not traditionally a big Donovan fan, but this is quite good. I keep flashing to "Love is like Oxygen" though :)
