Example of a song that doesn't need it's video to be good. In fact, IMO the video is an unfortunate filler for a really decent song. This tune always hits a soft spot for me. Love those Cardigans. Especially...Nina.

Indeed.  Maybe bubblegum with ground glass and cyanide.   The Cardigans are one of the truly under-rated bands.  Just about everything they've done is brilliant.

If you have young daughters, then you'll have an idea, whether you like it or not. I actually think Kelly's got a gift for singing; she just got caught in the machine. Bill's pretty picky about the quality of uploads, isn't he? it seems to me that after going through that whole process of upsampling, downsampling, and transcoding twice it might not sound quite as good. Dunno though, I've never done it.

If you burn it to a disc as audio, then import that disc back into itunes as an MP3, you're good to go. Oh, you also have to change some settings first. In iTunes, go to Edit->preferences-> and click on the advanced tab. Under the import tab, below the line, you'll see a pull down tab for "import using." Select MP3 encoder, and you're set. Darn .aac. I'll definitely be limiting my iTunes purchases in the future because of this.

The Cardigans are so wonderful...Nina's voice is so high and clear, and sweet. This is a wonderful album, building off of the best parts of Gran Turismo. The newest album is maybe not as strong, although there are some standout tracks...more Cardigans, and don't be afraid to go old school!

From what I've read here, this album is surely underrated. Can I call it 'Swedish Americana'? Yes I can, from a to z terrific! Along with GBV's 'Earth quake glue', Frank Black & The Catholics' 'Show me your tears' and Twinemen's 'Live in Chicago' albums, it definitely belongs to my 2003 top ten list (you were a little late in the US it seems) And Nina Persson has such a beautiful, now even mature voice ...

They got bored of their sound and wanted to try something different. I can't blame them for that. But initially, I, too, couldn't handle the drastic change. It sounded so damn placid and adult-contemporary. Then I stayed away for a few months till I watched a video of them performing on KCRW. Their performance made me give that last album another sample. I ended up buying the album, and for the last three weeks it's been playing heavily in my car during my commutes. Like this song's chorus, parts of the album are a little overdone, but in spite of it -- maybe even because of it -- I'm kind of drawn to it all.
