Agreed.  I'm a girl and I listen to *plenty* of bands and solo artists that are male.  Why does a female solo have to be labelled as "girl music"?  What, guys aren't capable of listening to the opposite sex like I (and most other women) do?

It's a simple as this: She's the artist and if she put it there she needed it to be there. I love how words are so powerful and the fact that the word "fucked" makes you uncomfortable just goes to show how important art is to take us to places that we aren't use to so we can see things from a different point.
