The most interesting part is that Jose Angel Hevia is Spanish , from the relatively little known, outside of Europe where he's hugely popular, Celtic tradition of Asturias, in the NW of the country. Hevia's music is Spanish in sorta the same way as the music of Alain Stivell (from La Bretagne) is French.
