 i much prefer Modest Mouse's take on this idea: You're the icing on the cake (on the table at my wake) You're the flowers in my house (when my allergies come out) You're the extra cash (on my sinking life raft) You're the loud sound of fun (when im trying to sleep)

Bah humbug on all the "bah humbug" !!! I love it, always as welcome as a fresh breeze (can just imagine the flames, do I care ? :-k :headshake:  ) :bounce: :jump: :bounce: :jump: :bounce: :jump: :bounce:
i totally agree! that's how i feel about it. this song is great. some of the naysayers may be the type who just can't handle music that's just about being happy. who knows?

This has grown on me considerably. I as hesitant at first, but am increasingly fond.
sappy sappy sappy. sailing the seas of cheese.
Way overplayed, Bill. A mediocre song with a rating that is appropriate. You've given it a fair chance and it didn't cut it.
Melody and structure is quaint and MOR. Nice sound though. Lyrics are adolescent and thin.
oh how cute. this is a nice little song.
"let's close our eyes and not our minds..."
I guess between the two of them, they're lukewarm water. (Apologies to Derek Smalls)
