Well, they stood prepared as you took the chair
There was no need to satisfy you
I'll be damned though I held your hand
They felt the need to crucify you

You're goin' down baby baby
You're goin' down baby baby

You're in a tailspin, running out of your head
You're in a tailspin, running out of your head

You're a fragile flower in its finale hour
With no chance to taste the waters
Judge declared "You'll get 15 yrs
Join the lonely sons and daughters"

You're going down baby baby
You're going down baby baby

You're in a tailspin, running out of your head
You're in a tailspin, running out of your head

Smoke and mirrors couldn't hide your tears
Your eyes only betray you
Long trip, you lost your grip
We've all been praying for you

You're going down baby baby
You're going down baby baby

You're in a tailspin, running out of your head
You're in a tailspin, running out of your head
You're in a tailspin, running out of your head
You're in a tailspin, running out of your head

More Jayhawks. Fine example of Americana music.
16 years since the last comment?
Extremely mediocore

I definitly agree, Mason Jennings and Robert Skoro are amazing artists

Yeah, the current set must be the "tunes that sound like Tom Petty" set...
awesome. this is the song that made me a Jayhawks fan.
i hear the intro and i\'m interested. then the barfo-problematic vocals just ruin it. then the gtr is cool. they need a new singer.
Why is this being played so much? It\'s starting to sound like commercial radio!
That\'s because Matthew Sweet sings on this album. Funny how that works :p
Quite astute, I think. And in this case at least, sounding like Matthew Sweet is a Good Thing.

Just ok.
Decent song, but radio paradise plays it a lot.
Excellent song - I was hoping RP would play more music from the MSP area (Mason Jennings, Jayhawks, Robert Skoro, etc.), but oh well.
I\'d REALLY love to here some other cuts off this cd.

What Pilly said.
Sounds a little like Souther, Hillman & Furrey(sp?).

I've tried to get some more 'Mats stuff on the playlist to no avail. Apparently they're not big into the Replacements in Paradise. And, they're downright hostile to anything Bob Mould related. Also, Semisonic is not on the radar either. Maybe it's too harsh for those laid back Californians. Not that there isn't plenty of absolutely fabulous music being played already, but I would enjoy it even more if they had some Husker Du/Sugar/Mould stuff, and more 'Mats/Westerberg stuff. Hmmm. Maybe I'll start my own station. I digress....
Minnesota represent!! how about some replacements?
pretty mundane stuff!
Really enjoy Matthew Sweet\'s backing vox on this album. :)
