Lucille, wont you do your sisters will?
Oh, Lucille, wont you do your sisters will?
Well, you ran away and left, I love you still

Lucille, please, come back where you belong
Oh, Lucille, please, come back where you belong
I been good to you, baby, please, dont leave me alone

Lucille, baby, satisfy my heart
Oh, Lucille, baby, satisfy my heart
I slaved for you, baby, and gave you such a wonderful start

I woke up this morning, Lucille was not in sight
I asked her friends about her but all their lips were tight
Lucille, please, come back where you belong
I been good to you, baby, please, dont leave me alone

Enjoyed the song so much, clicked on the Amazon CD link.... bought the CD.
If only more artists today could learn from this, and sing with some passion.
A true pioneer, and all of rock&roll owes him and many of his contemporaries a big debt.
Big loss, that he passed last month (2020.05.09).
RIP, good sir.

Weird... I coulda swore I've heard this tune on RP before, though apparently not....I'll go with a 9 instead of your 10 though this some great stuff here from 1955!!  Long Live RP and music more than twice as old as I am !!
