And this right on the heels of a GOOD Cream cover, from the Turtle Island String Quartet. Well, it serves well to show the different qualities of covers.
I've been trying to find something I like about this song. I've finally found it: it's digital.
i think another musical orifice would have made the novelty last a bit longer?

Yeah! Thanks for playing The Bobs! I've seen them in concert several times...they're amazing.
Are they still together? Haven't seen them since my college days. Really good show live.
This is the first time I've actually had music make me feel physically ill.
Does Dr. Demento know about this?
I'm still waiting for Dr. Demento to come on after this song... Right up there with the Kazoo City Orchestra's version of 'Whole Lotta Love'
i just had an incredibly intense flashback to my first year in college, when all of us twitty freshmen girls thought the guys in the a capela singing group were so dreamy... (thank god we grew up some)
That was, uh... ... What was that? :?:
Huh. For a minute I thought RP had started streaming The Annoying Music Show. But...nope. MT ps: No, really: (click here)
ROFLMFAO, this was FUNNY!

Holy sh*t, this is awful...
It ain't that bad! The only instrument they're playing is ... you're guess.
Holy sh*t, this is awful...
I'm seeing a lot of negative comments, and I wonder if there's a "full" version of this or something; when Bill played it today, it lasted all of a minute, and faded right into Cream's version--which was pretty slick. If before it went on for 3+ minutes, I can see the complaints about novelty wearing off, etc.; --d
Too funny!
OH - MY - GAWD!!!!
flintstones meets cream???
Yeah! Thanks for playing The Bobs! I've seen them in concert several times...they're amazing.
This produced laughter from me, briefly.
Please make it stop
Incredibly funny, and damned good work on that vocal \'guitar\' solo.....
lol, this is great. :D reverb and waw-waw with vocals is so cool.
:D funny.
You should be put in a White Room for playing this.
I never thought I\'d hear the BOBS here - first song I heard today at work and what a mood lifter - thanks! I saw them years ago in Rochester, NY - great show, only 4 members: 3 guys, 1 girl and they\'re all named Bob. For other good smiles, try \"Husband was a weatherman\" and \"Mr. Duality\". Now, are you up for a bit of the House Jacks version of Kashmir?
Hysterical. Just about fell off my chair, a dangerous gesture in a cluttered cubical. :D
novelty wore off fast.
fantastic! and very funny, though I can\'t imagine this being in the playlist too long!
At first I thought it where the Nylons, but the Bobs also proof you don\'t really need another instrument than the one you got for free and is maybe the most expressive, your voice! Especially enjoyed the vocal doing Clapton\'s wah wah guitar part
Yeah, once I realized it was all voice then it became an interesting novelty. Emphasis on novelty, as opposed to, say, heavy rotation.
Wow. This sucks almost as much as the Luther Wright & the Wrongs cover of \'Mother\'.
I recently heard the Bobs interviewed on NPR. Man, are they Hilarious! They definitely warrant further investigation. I\'ll have to pick up the CD (through RP, of course . . .).
\"Warning: All the sounds on this recording were produced by the mouth or other parts of the body.\" It is Weird, yet Cool Cover Time on RP! Keep them coming!
At least us east-coasters have had a chance to wake up before catching this. In CA/OR/WA they\'re getting this at 8:30am!
RP off, switch to music Library, hopefully this pain will be gone when i come back after lunch.
Get it off - please play original to help erase memory of this nonsense
fantastic - keep the quality covers coming.
OMG !! BILL please.. what have you and the flower power kids out there been smokin'? Although it does make for a good laugh on sunday morning. :D :D :D yeah.. I gave it an 8 for laugh value, and no.. I wasn't the psycho that uploaded it.
