One of the most perfect songs ever, and just like the changing of the seasons, I never get tired of it... By the way, it seems obvious that we've gone into new territory -- we never used to need air-conditioners at all here in Boulder, and definitely not at night... Temperatures used to drop right off! Sometimes we'd have to get up and close the window in the middle of the night, even in summer! We used to freak out if it went over 90 degrees F even mid-summer; tomorrow, July 18, 2022, it will go over 100! Fingers crossed, it hasn't been as hot and dry as the last couple summers so far, but...it's not cooling off at night like it used to, and if the daily afternoon showers dry up, we're going to be in big trouble! Thankfully, Boulder Creek still offers its accessible, bracing pools and rapids all along its amazing path through town! There is another stream that I hope never dries up -- Radio Paradise!

Simply wonderful
The central chord progression has a very old rock/folk sound, I can't quite place it. It sounds like it might be from 1973, it's hypnotic and endlessly enjoyable. Even though it basically repeats endlessly, I don't tire of it.

This was quite possibly the most magical of unexpected finds on RP. Almost always catches me vulnerable at this time of year, too... Now as I look over at South Boulder Peak, Bear Peak, The Saddle, Green Mountain, The Flatirons, Flagstaff, Mt. Sanitas, and the foothills of the Front Range, flanked in trees blazing in an explosion of autumn glory under this crisp azurean sky, I rejoice in my heart and soul...

In my point of view, nothing really happen during this song: no break pattern, no vocal change... maybe the trumpet tried something at a moment, but I felt bored until the end

A local art museum -- the Spruill Center for the Arts -- had, for several years, this crashing wave painted as a mural on the barn wall facing the road to and from my home. Made me listen to this with an especially open mind.

Love this mellow soothing mindscape...another year has passed, another season in transition...this forever reminds me of coming back from a romantic autumn leaf-viewing wine picnic along the SenGawa in wonderful Setagaya-ku long before the radiation ruined things...
Perfect song for a road trip in this Oregon sunshine, windows down, feeling good about the present moment and this great song.
