Dark-eyed woman on a hot summer's night
Dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight?
Dark-eyed woman won't you step in the light
And tell me dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight
Tonight
Dark-eyed woman it's a quarter to four
I hear your voice
Like a child at my door
Dark-eyed woman I could love you once more
But dark-eyed woman we've both been there before
Before
Dark-eyed woman on a hot summer's night
Dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight?
Dark-eyed woman won't you step in the light
And tell me dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight
Tonight
Dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight?

Dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight?
Dark-eyed woman won't you step in the light
And tell me dark-eyed woman are you burning tonight
Tonight

I’ve been a big fan of Spirit since they broke out. My first rock band in 1972 covered “I Got A Line On You”. One of those great influential bands that remain relevant yet will never be in the R&R HOF.
listening to "My Favorites" in the mix today and this popped up. I'm so glad because i forgot all about it. seems it hasn't been played in any other mix for about 6 yrs? a shame.

Indeed. I'm struck how music that's just about 49 years old is so contempo, in Black Keys territory.

Also, with Manson's resent passing - apparently on at least one occasion he was shoo'd away from the Topanga Canyon home that the members of Spirit practiced and lived in.
Working away here at my home office and gotta take a moment to check in on my boyz, Spirit.
I just love Randy California's tone.

Wow, that's cool and hot.
Gimme some hybrid of early Santana and Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac.

No doubt! Some beefy guitar riffs here. Long live 1969!

most excellent
...Sounds really dated (I guess because it is) and a little disjointed.
