Hate that day and all the events after it and therefore I can't hear this song anymore. I wished it never happened.
very broadway musical.
WTF? Why I am hearing Live on RP? They had a few good songs I guess, but this one just gives me a headache.
He's choppin' broccoli!! He's choppin' brocooli!! Choppin' Choppiiiiinnn' Choppin brocoli!

Wonder if the rating for this song would be any different if we could hide the 'Artist' label. I've always liked this one, despite it being fairly blunt and sappy.
Beats me - who's "Live"? This number seems ok to me, very 'big' and anthemic. Worth a 6 from the Nottingham jury.

Exactly what I was thinking. I gave it an 8. If Bill messed up and put Shins as the artist, I bet a lot of others would give it an 8 too.

What happened to these guys? Where's the fire of the first album? I loved it. There's nothing dynamic about them anymore. Just too dramatic.
I interpret this more as a lament, kind of depressed, maybe even, uh, overcome. There is a form of music called a 'dirge', usually reserved for funerals and other somber occasions. With all that's going on in the world, especially on this day, maybe a dirge is appropriate. That said, this song doesn't do much for me either. c.

Definitely works in context. Thanks, Bill...

I've been listening to RP for a few years now and this may be the first or second time I've heard Live on here. Very good and original sound/lyrics/band.
