Redeyespy said they sound like wannabes but I agree with JCJ! Wannabe what's? Rusted Roots? Rooted Rust? Rutted Roosts? But good for that primal campfire thing like Hempletons said to, you know, flow through and exalt a longing for a higher spirit thing that you get after work. It's probably harmless too :propeller:
Yalili yalil!
This is a wild, high-activity song. :drummer: :drummer:  :jump:

I don't exactly know what your German translation means, but this sucks! Big cheese.
It's a phrase, which means: I like it very much!!! :jump:

This guy sings like Elmer Fudd.
I really enjoy most of Rusted Root's music, however, some of their music is just a bit too "primal" for me. This is one of those songs. None the less, it always amazes me that music like this can come from Pittsburgh, PA.
Good enough to be a "positive" rated song, but not completely catching my attention.

Alright, so maybe there's no, "hibbityabbityoobbityawww" factor in this song, but it still bores the life outta me.
Yaabaadaabaadooo.

Nevermind, found it on their original album. It is incorrectly displayed as being on When I Woke, but it is on their self-named album.

Let your hair down and twirl with reckless abandon around the campfire to this one, mates. Pure primal energy. The rhythm swirls like a dust devil as it seeks to connect the earth to the sky…the beasts with the gods. hear our sounds please as we summon the energy from the depths of this earth to flow through us to exault our longing for a higher spirit…
 :drummer:

I have to plead ignorance re their other stuff, but I like this song. Kinda real deal and Afro-Moby-Celts at the same time.
The correct answer is 'AFRO-MOBY-CELTS'.

I dunno, certainly an improvement over the other offerings I've heard, but they still sound like wannabes.
Wannabe whats? They're the real deal my friend

This is certainly very different from most of their output, most of which I like quite well. This however is outstanding. Dono what they were on when they did this, but I want some too :D
I must edit my original comment. This song is great, but I don\'t really like most of their music...I just can\'t seem to stomach the weird voice of the lead singer.
