Reminds me of Bill Murray's lounge lizard character on Saturday Night Live.
change it quick!
Not one of his most played tunes, but perhaps one that has aged better. Nice.

I love Jesse...he captures the california days of the 70's so well.......love to go back to that for a day.........or two.....please play Ridgetop sometime...

I'm right there with you. Even had a Firefall album, I'm afraid to admit!

Yep, I had forgotten about Firefall. Throw in a little Tim Weisberg.... This era music sure brings back memories.
Yeah, that telltale flute totally puts this in the 70s. Not a bad thing, but it is funny to me to notice those trademarks in songs. Like the late 70s early 80s SAX.
It was the Youngbloods, which was actually a Sixties band: "Come on people now, smile on your brother. Everybody get together, try to love one another right now." Sound familiar?

Apparently I wasn't quick enough...Still reminds me of FireFall though...
Foundations of all elevator music. The flute especially kills it.
...and on the acapulco deck, for your listening pleasure, we bring you the fabulous sounds of jesse colin young!

Wiki says he was in the Youngbloods in the '60s. Shades of Doobie Brothers, Chicago, et al all over the place, though, n'est ce pas?
Light Shine on a Grey Day, all right!

Doesn't get much more '70s than this. NTTAWWT
