I like her voice, but this is a really bad cover of this song. I shhwwear.
Wow... um, this is not the version off of Octaroon. That version is quite a bit better--it's a very simple arrangement: just Laura and a bass. Works much better than this, which feels over-produced, and nearly like some elevator version of the song. If it's at all possible, please try to get the other version in place of this one. Thanks; --d
if I'd have a gun...
WOW! This is almost as good as the Cheryl Crow version of Sweet Child o' Mine. I never though I would hear anything worse than that.
Is that Cher singing?
Dear lord... no more. #-o
HORRIBLE
Bill, please make it stop.
Wary, I'm real wary, but will give her a chance to grow on me, or I growl on her... till then, its a 4.
Oops ......... very beautiful vocals... but i think Kurt would turn in his holy grave if he could heard this  ... or then i'm not just open enough...
No, honey...NO. :headshake: (and she's not related to Courney either!)

I agree. I happen to prefer the original, but she sure gets "points" for chutzpah.
Uh... no, I don't think so. Good effort though.
I don't typically like Nirvana covers (I'd rather have a root cannal than hear the Sinead O'Conner and Tori Amos covers in the library here), but this is MUCH better (but still, only about a 4 or 5). For all of his songwriting prowess, I've not heard much of Kurt's stuff sound good performed by others (well, except for Courtney on Live Through This ;) ).
Ugh. I'm not big on negative comments - but, well, yikes. This is just not right.

UGH!!! Please please don't bastardize this one...

cool. this is a pretty brilliant cover, i'd say. my only bitch about the original was the crappy vocal stylings of kurt cobain (sorry. the man hurts my ears). oooh, the song just hit that weird high pitched part. didn't like that so much. anyway. i love hearing this song sung by someone who can actually SING. know what i mean, vern? good stuff.
I don't think Kurt was a vocal god, but this gal's country twang voice over a lyrically challenged song (merely my opinion here) triggered by gag reflex. :-&
Hmmm. Not sure about this.
