Caetano Veloso & João Gilberto - "Besame mucho" Live

" "Bésame mucho", uno de los boleros más conocidos, fue escrito en 1940 por la compositora mexicana Consuelo Velázquez"

Voices as this are not belong of a country or a region, belongs to all the humanity;  Ms. Cesária Évora that it sings the particular style "coladeiras" and "mornas" is nicknamed the “barefoot diva” for her preference for performing without shoes; the song “Sodade” talk about "saudade" is complex and infamously difficult to translate, related to homesickness, nostalgia, longing, sadness, and regret; but to the end of these years, its music and its influence exceed very the native origin style of its land of Cape Verde; numerous contributions with other talent musicians of the whole world mark its talent art to sing: she conquered prestige and admiration in world music;  God Bless You!-

Love the voice. The background sounds a bit muddled, almost as if two things were being played on top of each other.
Yeah that's what I thought too. hmmmm
Nah, not digging this one. An awkward song, at best.
I think I'm gonna hurl!

Whoa! That drink looks disgusting, and do people really eat 'cod-fish balls'?
I'm pretty sure the "balls" don't belong to the fish in the anatomical sense. ;-) Nice tune.

Her music does have a lot of Brazilian and Portuguese music in it... so bottoms up! ****** I own this so don't anyone get all huffy, but the start of this song sounds like the Dark Shadows theme.
Muddled... the strings are slightly sharp. Not a big thing, but distracting once you notice.

Ohhhhh...wonderful--the voice, the production, the light strings and rich guitar. Outstanding.
most of her songs are similar. they are relaxing, but always have a sad mood; i guess it emanates from her voice and life.
Like taking a warm bath (especially at this time of year). How wonderful music can be.
