I really like this! It came up as a PSD off the dreaded Van Morrison.  Couldn't be more different (thankfully).
Rolling Stone Mag: ...and what instrument do you play?

Band member:....I play the squeaky straw.
Yawn, music for a Summer beach, which is nice. But boringly similar to the rest of the Summer beach music.

They should use this for a Windex commercial.

Forse è merda nella tua mente, ma non nella mia. Che bello (come dicono negli spot) :o). 7 dalla giuria di Nottingham.

Hey, is that a guinea pig being tortured in the background? ;-)

One of those songs that effectively implanted a commercial image in my head. "Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans... Need to buy Levi's jeans..."

question: Why do half-way non native English speaking female singers do that mumbling kind of thing where they murmur at the mike and someone in the back 40 of the studio noodles around on a keyboard? And then it all gets reverbed, rewound, rehashed, revoxed and then someone starts squeezing that cloaca or whatever that little bag of noise is called someplace down South of the Land of Coke. This is repetitious and boring in a very stream of consciousness kind of electronic head-nodding way. I want to hear an Avril cover this and I want that geeky thing to go away and be replaced with a musical, multi-media, dildo. Goodbye and good night. I have insomnia.

Thanks!

Nice chill-out groove, but I find the lyrics utterly inane.

Sometimes thinking out of the box seems to be not eclectic enough for some guys, or they don't understand the meaning of 'eclectic'. I completely agree with your opninion. The monkey-sound isn't really new btw, but I just don't remember where it's from...
Somehow this contains hints of the James Bond theme...

Yeah, but it's so awkward with a respirator and air tank

Is that a song or an act? The former, no; the latter, well . . . none of your business

The honking rubber-bandy thing hurts.
Nice. Vocalist sounds like Feist.
Ack!

ROFLMAO
This is like Lovage... only with a bit more of an edge and a much tighter sound. Singer sounds like the girl from Nouvelle Vague too. You want some hot trip hop. Here it is... Over the years I've migrated more from true trip hop to more downtempo stuff like Zero 7. Nice to hear something new I can enjoy as much as I used to like this stuff. Two thumbs up.

The first two minutes rated about a 6, every minute after was repetitive and annoying. Final score: 2
Still not sure what to think of this. I think I like it, and yet it's very strange... maybe I like her accent?
I'm actually digging it right now... must be the snow blizzard outside and the lulling feeling of Caribbean waves.

Yeah. I liked this at first but that doggie squeak toy sound is really starting to annoy me.
I didn't like this when it started, but now I keep finding myself tapping my foot and drumming on my desk, so it must have grown on me.
Bump ... 6 --> 7
Thanks to the surf flick, Thicker than Water, I hear this song everytime I paddle out...and no, that's not a complaint..just giving credit where it's deserved

I was a bit disappointed actually. Not that it's thát bad, but this track is by far the best track on the album (in my opinion), so my advice would be to ban this track out of your mind before listening to the whole album

Hmmm ... sounds like some of this was borrowed from Herbie Hancock, Head Hunter album. Interesting, may require another listen or two to determine if I like it.
Sounded like Tarzan's chimp, Cheetah, on the chorus.
This sounds like the chick from Nouvelle Vague...
Yep... that thing in the background is provoking violent tendencies.
