ROFLMAO That's kinda what I was thinking. That being said I don't mind the instrumentals, but the vocals I can do without.
Those are vocals? I thought someone was playing a cross between a kazoo and a dog whistle.
This is cool. Nice.

Wow... shocked me from the first note. But not in a good way. Really not my cup of tea... nor does it appear to be for most people; --d
Funny, it shocked me too, but I liked it. Damn if I know why, but I really enjoyed it. Maybe its something I ate?
Cool song, cool voice. Thank you, RP.
Well, I kind of liked it.

Sounds like a cat wailing... Slightly more tuneful than Bjork tho which is why it gets a 2 from me rather than a 1 ;)
very trippy and once again amazing RP found- from sweden so no link to Iceland- but good for really cold dark days - not california.
Musically it reminds me of Michael Franks, her voice I like. Actually, at first I thought this was one of the singers from Schoolhouse Rock, specifically the "Figure 8" song
Sounds like a lame parody of Mazzy Star or something. This may be the lowest-rated song I've ever seen on RP.
I now know what my five year old daughter would sound like as a torch song singer.
Bjork on helium ?
Must...use....hammer....of....death....
Nice that a song can stir up a lot of mixed emotions. I myself consider Stina a very good, and very independent, artist. I hope to here more from her in RP. It this kind of songs that proves RP is not mainstream radio. If you want to get really upset, you should hear her cover versions of Purple Rain or Sailing...
That song just sucks - nothing more to say. It gets: 0.5 Paws out of 10 (and that's being generous) This reply has been brought to you as a courtesy of CrumbCat . © Copyright 2003 by CrumbCat, all rights reserved.
I have to admit that after sitting at your desk all day under flourescent lights, taking a million complex phone calls and wanting to go home, this not be what you want to here. Go home, smoke, have a glass of wine (or whatever you like) and try her again. :nodhead: I really like Stina myself.
I'm surprised. I really like this one!
Choose which reaction you think I felt to this song: A. ___ Violent body shudder, like I popped one too many sour candies in my mouth. B. ___ Brain freeze, like eating too much cold ice cream too quickly. C. ___ Shut my eyes tight and clenched my fists, like someone scraped their fingernails down a chalkboard. D. ___ All of the above, in quick succession. I think you know which is the right answer. :P
I wasn't paying attention...then I heard the voice...like nails on a chalk-board. I guess some people like her style (namely my EX-husband, I stress the EX, hehe). I'm happy to say that this is the first song on RP that got less than a 5 from me (of those I seriously felt compelled to comment on). I tried to like it (when I was married to that guy) and I get what Stina's trying to do, but it fell short on me...NEXT!!
AAAAGHGGGHHH!!!!! MAKE IT STOP, BUTTHEAD! MAKE IT STOP!
:bananabanger: Rock on man! Wooo!
We have a winner!
I think I raised the average rating with my "3".
This song makes me want to jam a pencil into my ears.
y on earth are u people even giving this one a rating?
woof this sucks!!
Oh my god! Minnie Ripperton is rolling in her grave! This hurt me from the first note.
