Doesn't Thom Yorke have a recent song that has a choppy chord progression like this? That's what I thought I was hearing at first. It also reminds me of LCD Soundsystem.

A solid 7, Very meta that the song concludes with the refrain "No emotion" as that describes Matt Berninger's vocal style. 
Nice. I give it an eight, for starters. For some reason, the music reminds me of Bury Me Deep by Poi Dog Pondering. A slower version of it.
