Who are we to say
Blue skies are made in heaven?
Here in the dark
The world is changing
And a new day's begun

When we rule the world
When we rule the world
Who are we to trust
The truth beneath the dust?
Hear the echoes in the distance
As they reach for the crown

When we rule the world
When we rule the world
Come, come away with me
Things will never ever be the same
When we rule the world
Come, come away with me
Things will never ever be the same
When we rule the world
(We sing a song together)
When we rule the world
(We sing a song together)
When we rule the world

I really like the hopeful tone here, especially how it balances uncertainty with togetherness. It feels like a reminder that change starts quietly before it becomes visible. Funny enough, it made me think of how I unwind with a quick round of Eggy Car—one small mistake and everything collapses, but sometimes you surprise yourself and make it through. That mix of tension and optimism feels oddly similar.

Oooooh, I quite like this quirky little track.
I thought she was saying ... "the rats will rule the world.." initially. Sorry. Then, I checked the site. Jeesh.
Not to be confused with Snot (sorry couldn't help myself)
To Walter Sobchak's thinking, this was only slightly better than

LYING FACE DOWN. IN THE MUCK.

Not much there, I'm afraid, so let's add a banana.
