Tumbleweed Connection is a marvelous early outing for Elton John and Bernie Taupin. The backing band (Caleb Quaye on lead and acoustic guitar, etc.) augments John's emotional material effectively; instant classic. This track has Dusty Springfield on backing vocals, to boot.
