Trump’s Bizarre Music Picks

But, of course, I doubt he's picking them. Someone else with a hidden agenda is doing that.

Made perfect sense to me at first listen at one of his rally closings.  It's the last lines that is important which for some reason based upon the lack of understanding, only makes sense to people like me.

But if you try sometimes you just might find
You just might find
You get what you need, oh yeah

Too deep ?  I thought and think it was perfect.

Years from now, somebody will make a joke that could be described as 'biting, cynical humour' and somebody else will comment:  "Oh, that sounds like a Trump joke."

‘Mini desk. Tiny hands. Small soul’: Trump mocked for giving speech at little table
#DiaperDon trends on Twitter after outgoing president’s furniture steals limelight

..............

For a US president obsessed by size – his hands, his wealth, his crowds – Donald Trump made something of a bold U-turn on Thursday night by addressing the country from a desk seemingly designed for a leprechaun.

Trump said on Thursday he would leave the White House if the electoral college votes for the Democratic president-elect, Joe Biden – the closest he has come to admitting defeat – but his furniture stole the limelight.

...........

Is it politically correct to disparage leprechauns in this fashion?   How about a modicum of respect?  Fittingly, Elton John's Madman Across the Water is playing as I type this.

The fact that he hasn't allowed Biden's Transition Team access to the resources that they need at the height of the pandemic is criminal negligence. Can't he (as a responsible leader) authorize that access while still letting the rest of the lawsuits follow due process and maintain (incorrectly) that he won the election?

He is soul-less man devoid of any sense of ethics, responsibility or empathy who only deserves our collective scorn as he moves forward with a self-serving agenda intended to set himself up as a future power-broker all at the expense of the American people. He has always demanded respect but never knew how to earn it.

IMO he doesn't deserve to serve as our President one day more.

I've been saying the same thing for years.  Even before Biden won the election, how is he not be seen as negligent?  I know the GOP backs him in the senate and otherwise but come on.  This clown is a complete menace!  He is literally killing people by the thousands by not doing his job or allowing anyone to do their jobs competently.  This was clear the first WEEK he was in office.  Why he's not been taken out by the seat of his pants due to incompetence is beyond me.

I agree 100%, but why waste energy even discussing when the Republican Senate won't tell the Emporer he's naked and lost the election?    For national security, he should be removed now...but it'll never happen.

Agreed, I know it's all wishful thinking but sometimes ya just gotta vent if for no other reason that you need to just get it off your chest.

No, no, it's true. Absentee voters, like those pesky military folks, some of whom are deployed overseas, would skew the votes to show more people voted than actually live there. South Korea alone has something like 30,000 active-duty US military there - if those folks vote, well, there you go. They're not living in their home state, or any state for that matter - are they still allowed to vote?

What? But absentee ballots are illegitimate? So military folks votes don't count? The majority of military are non-coms, often from lower socio-economic situations, and/or non-white. So yeah, deploy them overseas so their votes can't be counted. Heck, they don't even need to be deployed! Say some kid from Idaho gets stationed at Fort Hood - but his permanent address, if he has one, is still in Idaho. If he votes absentee, in Idaho where all his family is, his vote is illegitimate. Makes perfect sense.

This is what burns me so much about Donnie's attack on absentee voting. My family voted absentee for decades - now all of a sudden it's suspect? THAT is Pure Bullshit.
c.

Even though he is technically attacking the absentees....that's not what Trump is saying. He's just not intelligent enough to clearly articulate his point.

He is arguing that there are more votes than people because the ballot boxes have been flooded with bogus votes.  He's not talking about 10 or 20 thousand, he is making the case that there are hundreds of thousands or millions.    To Red's point...it's total BS.

Oh, I know RD was spot on. Even if the entire military and other 'deployed' folks voted absentee, it wouldn't amount to what Donnie alleges. Absentee votes are at least a tangible issue - the ones Donnie's pushing are straight up fiction.
