Adults can dress up for Halloween all they want but like Christmas it's best with kids participating.

If you live in the DC area, check out the Mount Pleasant neighborhood on Halloween. Utter madhouse.

after all the prep and scoring some top shelf candy i had to run out in early prime t&t time to grab some victuals rushed back and not one knock on my door sort of disappointed
