Trump is a 'Master Persuader' according to Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert cartoons. Check out his blog posts on the topic. He understands why Trump is winning and all his predictions have come true so far.
It's interesting, yes. Adams is actually predicting a Trump landslide in the general. But that's not an endorsement, and you seem to be confusing "leading in the polls" with "is a good choice to be president." As a country, we have to stop using "who we think is the likely winner" as the main criterion for our vote. There's no shame in voting for someone who ends up losing—it's not that kind of contest. Anyhoo, Adams is not talking about Trump's suitability as President, he's only talking about how Trump manipulates the process.
if trump gets elected i think he might be somewhat ineffective due to congress (seems politicians on both sides of the corruption don't like him)

Maybe so, but the vein of frustration with the general state of things he's tapping into is very real. Doesn't matter how shallow his credible and applicable qualifications for the office. The current office holder was hired the same way. The 4th estate has become too much of a player in this whole party. Additionally, who is it that keeps them in business? Couldn't be the electorate could it? People still have the power. If we could only move past the grievance; past the soothe me now with gratification cult of personality and entertainment ...Otherwise and so fourth...
I know all this. This was posted as humor. While intelligent, he does lack a lot of knowledge critical to the office, however.

Important thing is...Trump is very intelligent. That's what makes him dangerous. He can lose the election, or not even be his party's nominee, and still rain on this year's election. Ignore him at your peril, imo.

Despite her silence, Trump supporters around her began chanting Trump's name — as instructed by Trump campaign staff before the event in case of protests — and pointed at Hamid and Marty Rosenbluth, the man alongside her who stood up as well.
As they were escorted out, Trump supporters roared — booing the pair and shouting at them to "get out." One person shouted, "You have a bomb, you have a bomb," according to Hamid.
