He never had the benefit of the doubt by any other than his supporters and that includes the republican establishment.  He was pronounced a disaster before he started.  So why should we care what you or anyone else thinks about him at this point ?   Yeah with all of his warts and flaws, he's doing pretty well in spite of all of the obstacles being placed in front of him.  We see the hate and opposition he is facing vs his accomplishments so far and are thinking he's doing ok and would be doing a hell of a lot better if he had some support.

To review:

There is absolutely no proof what so ever that the Russians hacked the DNC.  The CIA and FBI were refused access to the servers.  We only have the word of a third party DNC contractor.

And on the DT jr affair.  The Russian "spy" who met with Jr was brought into this country by AG Lynch who gave her special permission to be here, even after she was refused entry earlier.  Who is colluding with the Russians here ?  And then there is the Ukrainian DNC connection ...

I'm willing to bet anyone here that with all this Russia collusion crap we will see more Democrats end up in jail than Republicans when its all said and done.

Then you have a perception problem.  I think something much different.  I think of something worth fighting and dying for.

I can't speak for others (legitimately) but I hate seeing the undereducated, lazy, demanding, selfish folks shouting "Merica! Freedom!" as a way of escaping the demands of living in the nation. I mean everyone: hippies and rednecks and immigrants and college deans and where those overlap.

As soon as someone shouts "Freedom!" at me, I think "Slacker." Get up and help. Work together with the rest of us. Earn this.

  Freedom doesn't just happen.  Freedom is earned and the result of hard work, responsibility, creativity and unwavering dedication to a set of principles.  At least that is the way I was taught and believe it to be.

Anyone who takes Freedom for granted is not worthy of it.

One side is a prosperous country that achieves great things, the other...less so. I'll repeat my new argument: linking America and Freedom together is a bad message. It's a reworking of the hippie ethic, which is not what made the country great. It's a code word for abdication from responsibility and hard work.

America became great by hard work, creativity, and responsibility. Not freedom. That would be the endpoint, but not the first on the to-do list.
