As a friendly update to the consistency of your ios app here in Europe. things are running much smoother now - BUT every day about the same time (between 15.00 - 16.00 PM) there is a shutdown where the stream stops playing/stumbles....
there might by some automated maintenance job running on the server or so....
just that you know

hold on tight in troubled times and thanks for your easing through stellar music

Sorry, I missed this.
RP watch app is not a remote control (you can just use the Now Playing app for remote control of the phone playing) but it plays standalone. To use it, just cache something on the phone (max medium bitrate, not more than 180 minutes, sorry HW limitations on the watch), wait for the download to complete then select the cached playlist and tap the "To Watch" button on the bottom toolbar. Wait a while (it can be everything from some seconds to "will be ready tomorrow morning") and the playlist will appear on the watch (it will say "x:xx:xx available" instead of "no playlist"). At this point tap the play icon, pair some bluetooth earphone (or speaker) and you're good to go with radio paradise (and without the phone). 🙂

Alexa documentation needs to be updated.  She only responds to "World Mix", not "Eclectic Mix."

Also, you might note in the documentation and Alexa/RP app that Account Linking appears to be required.  Things got really weird when my account somehow got un-linked.  The Alexa/RP app says that Account Linking is "available."

Probably re-selecting the cached playlist from the channel manager (bottom center) will solve the issue, but it seems a bug. Did you restarted the cached playlist after keeping it stopped for a while?

New iPhone X, iOS version 13.5, Apple Watch 6.2.5, playing a cached playlist on the phone, the watch app doesn't show that the playlist is playing.  Says "no playlist"  Is this a bug or something I'm not doing right?

Tried restarting Watch, phone, Radio Paradise, no change

When I play the Rock mix on the Roku app or a stream via a PC music app (MusicBee), the music is ahead of the Play History screen, sometimes by as much as 30 minutes.  Is there a way to sync the history and player?  This only happens on the Rock Mix - the other 3 are sync'd up.

Everything's working fine for me, and no other complaints, so I suspect something's wrong at your end. 
 

Seriously doubtful. All the other streams I tried worked, for example, Soma FM's streams all worked, and the streams from my local college radio station worked. No internet problems, I was able to post on the forum. 

BTW, it's working now... So all's well that ends well I suppose.

Struggling to listen to my beloved radio paradise at the mo.  Running the radio paradise plugin on a squeezebox LMS.  Until a few weeks ago all was sweet, even the flac interactive. 

Then the flac stream became very "off and on-y" so I reverted to the aac one.  Over the past couple of days they're all struggling. Even the aac stream stops and starts a few times each track.  

I'm in London,  UK, using virgin broadband which is pretty speedy and stable. 

maybe the new European server needs to be turned off and on again?!!

We're in the middle of adding additional server capacity in Europe. The path between our US servers and Europe is congested due to all of the people working from home, etc. 

This should particularly improve performance on iOS, Android, Bluesound, our Sonos music service, and web player. 

We're working on a separate upgrade for TuneIn and hardware stream players.

Both should hopefully be in place some time this weekend.

Sadly still not better after the weekend. After some hours the first the app is not updating the infos to the played track, then stopps, first restart put it to work again, second stop, then a restart forces to listen to all the same already played tracks again....
sorry, but the ios app (ipad) remains hardly useable...

tunein app seems to work better now...
