The RP app (currently v 8.2.1) runs really well on my M2 Mac mini (with macOS Sonoma 14.3), but there are two very minor issues. 

Firstly it doesn't accept the space bar as a start/stop trigger which works in most streaming apps. Furthermore (and maybe connected) the little menubar widget which enables you to control music that is playing (shown by a "play" icon in a little circle) does show that RP is playing, but shows incorrect track information and the start/stop button doesn't work. Oddly the next track button does work.

I know that the app isn't designed to run on Macs, but it does run really well. It would be amazing if these two little flaws could be resolved. I am sure they will require a small amount of additional coding as they are not functions which are in any way relevant on an iPad or iPhone, but given how well the app works otherwise it would be great if these could be looked into.
