Just heard about the fires this morning, and my wife and I ran here to check on Bill. Good to hear he is safe. Whew. But sorry to see all the destruction that is going on in Paradise, I hope all are safe.

This has got to be difficult. There has not been news reported about any possible people killed in the fire - hopefully because everybody is safe.

Sorry to hear of the fires and devastation in Paradise on the BBC news this morning. From a stormy and rain lashed Island on the other side of the Atlantic I hope the winds of change send some of our wet weather towards California today. Best wishes from the Emerald Isle, Stephen P.

Oh my gosh. I just heard it on the radio news bulletin on national Dutch radio. Yearly reports of large fires in California, never made me think of you guys. But when they mentioned Paradise, California, specifically, my heart just skipped a beat or two.

Glad to hear you guys are fine. I hope the same holds for your friends and family. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed.

Bill — I hope you guys are safe. My grandfather, two aunts and an uncle live there. They said it looks like the entire town is gone. My aunt took a picture of the Black Bear Diner and it is gone. All those shops and houses right by it were gone as well.. I hope and pray for you and Rebecca. -stv
