They have found honey in Egyptian tombs that is still very edible.

We get local honey when we are down south. It's barely filtered and really good.  It's weird though, when we bring it back north it crystalized right away. You can warm it up and it goes right back to being liquid. I've re-filtered and it stays liquid better, but you lose some in the process.
