Since I upgrade to the RP 9.0.1 mobile app, it's been randomly logging me out of my RP account. I've mostly noticed this when I'm using the app in my car.  I run the app on my iPhone 16 Pro connected to my Subaru via a USB/C cable.  Around 75% of the time I'm listening to the "My Paradise" channel to hit my extensive library of rated songs. When I'm logged off, I don't have access to My Paradise.  I suspected it might be an issue with my iPhone connectivity, but upon investigation it seems to only happen with the RP app. Historically with the 8.x app, can't recall ever being logged out of my account, it was very rare that I had to sign back in.

Another clue: My logon ID for the online and mobile sige had always been my account name "buddy" + my password (since 2005).  As of 9.0.1, my mobile logon ID is now my email address + same password.  Meanwhile, the online site offers me a logon ID choice of my account name "buddy" or my email address.  That seems to indicate some coding changes around the logon process. Since I don't ever get spontaneously logged out on the online site, perhaps there's something buggy going on with the mobile app logon process?

My account was logged out again this morning. Pretty much a daily thing one or twice a day now. Prevents me from using the My Paradise channel, making song ratings & comments on any channel, etc. Definitely happening since going to 9.0.1.  Does not appear to be an iPhone or connectivity issue.  But I guess if this isn’t happening widespread it could be just me. Can’t think of why that would be.

Roku app - images / titles seem to be randomly getting stuck/unstuck/out of synch.

edit: main mix.

Other people have mentioned this and I've had it stop once, but not repeatedly as with you and those others.

Okay the My Favorites played for 2:15 then stopped at the end of a song and would not start playing. Switch to Main Mix or any other channel and those play. Going back to My Favorites, reloading the page, no sound out of My Favorites even if I skip a song etc. Had to quit Chrome and relaunch.

MacOS, Chrome etc etc

Edit: Stopped w/in 1 hour, this time switching to another channel and back was all it needed to resume playing.
Edit: Now that I'm paying attention, it definitely stops several times a day.

Ffavorites unusable today.  Maybe can load one track or two then every track tells me it can't connect to RP.

Still?  Hmm... I'll check. Should have been fixed.

Definitely not fixed on the AAC stream. It's not all the announcements, only the most recent ones.

Favorites Playlist only playing 45 min blocks.   Then turns off.  If I hit play—it repeats the 45 min block it just played.  I have to load a new station, then reload Favorites to get 45 min of the station again.  Been like this for at least a week—is it just me? Help please.

Bumping this—is anyone else having this issue?  I can only play Favorites for 15-45 min blocks.  At some point, playlist will stop out of nowhere, and hitting play will start it from the beginning of the block of music—identical track order.  This isn't me downloading blocks of music—this is hitting play on the "station."  To get it to continue playing Favorites, I have to load literally anything else, then reload Favorites.

Adding to that, Favorites seems particularly buggy today, as it would only make it a song or two or none before it hit the "Can't find this track/Can't connect to server" etc messages.

It is why a solid database logic is important. The social aspect (forum/journal) to RP sending out music waves to the world always was (and is) second. So much I could grasp tonight, listening to Beyond... keeps blowing my musical ego to smithereens with more beauty, harmony, and rhythm.

Plus, I learn to be thankful.

Yup, it don't take long to get only gibberish on journals when you click on them.

Stick to the help given above, but be exact about it. Hit random numbers and see. With multiple browser-tabs on a computer it shouldn't be so hard to wade through the numbers.
