Rep.-elect Harris snagged in health care flap

This asshole is about as far-right as they come.  He launched attack ads against conservative Republican opponents in primaries, accusing them of being...gasp...liberals. 

Now this piece of trash wants HIS bennies now that he's in Congress.  He can't understand why there's a whole month before he receives his health care plan!!   Yet he's part of the crowd who complain the loudest about Congress receiving extravagant health care benefits.

And his comment that he doesn't know of any employers who don't offer health care benefits immediately shows how utterly out of touch he is.  Andy, baby, try taking an hourly job in the service sector - medical benefits don't start for a freakin' YEAR, and dental for two.  Schmuck.

Some of the Faithful are trying to put a positive spin on this episode - Harris was just trying a publicity stunt to focus attention on Congressional health care benefits.  That theory blows up when you consider his comment that the private sector offers insurance immediately.  He's saying that the private sector coverage - at least to professionals - is better than Congress'.

Won't this nonsense ever stop?
