This has a John Carney soundtrack feel. Namely Sing Street.
Seems to be a spiritual reference to God in this song

I know she's not saying "Julie" but it still sounds like that to me.

This fabulous Celtic gal continues to AMAZE me... So many styles, so many ways she uses her incredible voice and musical talents!
