Drink from me, drink from me
Then we'll shoot across the sky
Symphony
Then we'll shoot across the sky
We're on a...
Drink from me, drink from me
Then we'll shoot across the sky
Symphony
(So high, so high)
Then we'll shoot across the sky
Oh, angels sent from up above
You know you make my world light up
When I was down, when I was hurt
You came to lift me up
Life is a drink, and love's a drug
Oh now I think I must be miles up
When I was hurt, withered, dried up
You came to rain a flood
So drink from me, drink from me
When I was so thirsty
We're on a symphony
Now I just can't get enough
Put your wings on me, wings on me
When I was so heavy
We're on a symphony
When I'm lower, lower, lower, low
Got me feeling drunk and high
So high, so high
I'm feeling drunk and high
So high, so high
Oh, angels sent from up above
I feel it coursing through my blood
Life is a drink, your love's about
To make the stars come out
Put your wings on me, wings on me
When I was so heavy
We're on a symphony
When I'm lower, lower, lower, low
Got me feeling drunk and high
So high, so high
I'm feeling drunk and high

I'd probably enjoy this if I were drunk and high enough...

It's official, Coldplay sucks they are doing the Super Bowl hafetime show like all over the hill geezers do
Had to do a double take in the office; this was playing from my speakers? On RP?!
I've defended Coldplay pretty hard over the years, but it is getting harder.
They need to extract themselves from the mainstream and go and make music for themselves again and not just for the masses. They can afford to after all...

I'm not familiar with the tunes of Justin Bieber. But is this like the tunes of Justin Bieber? Or — any one of 351 other pop top hip hoppers? OMG.
Awful.
GARBAGE, not funny or tolerable even as a experimental foray into doing something different musically, being more hip. This is the shit that permeates the entertainment world of the mindless masses blasting from every radio and club catering to the dregs of a generation. The millenials are the most educated but underemployed and unemployed generation ever: the first generation expected to not fare better than their parents. The sharp subgroup of this generation puts out some great music; this isn't on the list.

If Coldplay knew how many haters they have on RP, the new album should have been call "Get the Knives Out!"
Whoa, the ugly ratings have started pouring in.

their first 2 albums were solid. their third is where they turned into the predictable, formulaic band they've become.
On first hearing that sounds really bad. It seems it can barely have taken more than 10 minutes' work. I used to love this band so much. What went wrong with me?

Hmm, I am usually am a defender of Coldplay, but this one....well, gotta say, its pretty formulaic and soooo pop radioish. Disappointing, especially when followed up by a clear, progressive sound like Carmen Rizzo's Overlooked Happiness!
I think the current 3.7 rating is a bit harsh. While not great, or even good, Coldplay's formulaic approach is just that, formulaic. It will never be good, but really, if you're being honest, isn't offensive. 5/10.

What I like about Coldplay is that they know they are not nearly as good as Radiohead or U2.
Weirdly mixed. Seems to fade in and out with those ThUmPs.
Let the Coldplay battle of words begin yet again.

Today I remembered the dog in manger,
And the big boss, the look on his face
He says we're living in strange times.
But I'm still grateful.
