We've got the ingredients
To uplift your music and experience
And it's no coincidence that we're hosting events
And there're no incidents

This cultural one stop shop
Mixin' pot just for your convenience
And the flows that we implement has a global influence
Let me tell you this

When the cameras flash and the genres clash
It become the sweetest accident
No fear and no license
So we're driving and crashing all over the continents

And the vibration that keep on purging your soul
Like antioxidants
Stand up, get up, jump up, get wild, get mad
Like you don't have no common sense

I said hey, I need your crazy energy
I said hey, I need your violent chemistry, yes I do
I said hey, I want a love to set me free
I said hey, why don't you, why don't you give it up to me?
Hey

I've got the evidence, gotta cast iron case
Got the best defense
We've got tradition, got erudition
We're not afraid to experiment

Smashing up new beats, form the west to east
From NY down to Surinam
So give it up, pull it down
And to hell with all the prejudice

I said hey, I need your crazy energy
I said hey, I need your violent chemistry, yes I do
I said hey, I want a love to set me free
I said hey, why don't you, why don't you give it up to me?
Hey

I said hey
I said hey
I said hey, I want a love to set me free
I said hey, why don't you give it all to me
I said hey, I need your crazy energy
I said hey, I need you with the chemistry
I said hey, why don't you, why don't you give it all

Give it all, give it all, give it all to me
Give it all, give it all, give it all to me
Give it all, give it all, give it all to me

Give it all, give it all, give it all to me
I need you with the chemistry
Give it all, give it all, give it all to me

Yeah, cuz if Kanye and Adele made an album no one would pay attention.  I'm not sure what your point is.  Of course people notice when mega-stars collaborate.  This is no new revelation in our modern celebrity-focused society.
I don't think I've ever hit the skip button so fast.
Yikes.  Please make this stop.
This would've been quite a bit better if they hadn't included Mick.
HEY!
It's a good dance track.
It's got ballsy energy.
It's probably great if you're loaded and/or stoned (not rolling).
After about 4 listens, it's done.

For me this is a perfect example of great components forming an incoherent whole.  I've not appreciated a single track from this album.  Just doesn't feel "believable" to my ears.  Instant PSD.
Is this what happens when Mick ogles a chick in the studio for too long?
Hey...I'm a rap superstar too!

Stubbed my toe.
A boat...I row.
Curly...where's Moe?
The river...its flows.
A deer ? No...a doe.
Friend, no foe.
High, what about low?

See what I'm saying?
plain bad. imo, nothing enjoyable in that song, it's just irritating, I still haven't managed to listen to it until the end
This is what happens when you throw five kitchen sinks into the pot and mix...
sounds a bit like Gorillaz

Never seen so much red in the ratings, but for democracy's sake, we should keep this song listed in order to please the 2.5 people who find it heaven-like.
Please take this out of rotation. Oy!

do I hear annie lennox?
I'm giving this here one a demotion. 8 < 7, and almost a 6. But they tried really hard. Jagger is trying to not be Thumping Jack Trash.

I always wondered why Mick did this .... Answer he likes to peel oranges

Super exactly.

They've had a lot of play on BBC Radio 2 which is where I first heard SuperHeavy. I actually really like much of the album but it is a pretty bizarre mix so the negative reactions come as no surprise.

Isn't this FUN?

NO, IT IS NOT!
I can dig this song...{#Dancingbanana_2}

I'm still trying to listen to this objectively...not got there yet.
If I can get past the shock of the start then I find that I almost like the song towards the end...still not won over yet though

However... it's Bill's station and if he likes it then who are we to say that he shouldn't play it?

Too bad Mick ruins this.

The cover looks like Santana

actually this one probably sucks the

LEAST

of this wrong-headed train wreck....  {#Frustrated}

Despite our differences... we have much in common.

So is SuperHeavy getting any play anywhere else (besides RP)?
If Joss Stone wasn't singing on this, its only redeeming feature would be the lack of Joss Stone.
Aren't there enough irritations in the morning without piling this on?
I was tired of Joss Stone before there was a Joss Stone.

What the what?
When did the Black Eyed Peas go pop-rock?

Another reason why I love RP.  First time I heard this I checked to see if I had tuned to the wrong station by mistake. But since Bill has introduced me to so much good stuff that had to grow on me, I resisted the temptation to hit mute. Now I have the volume cranked up.
These guys should go out on tour with the stones as the warm up band. Mick could do a song or two with them and then get back with his real band.
I must concur, this is lame.
i gotta say i loved it too and just bought it and a couple of their other songs.   digging damian marley.
Rubbish, indeed.

anybody else tired of Joss Stones' "American Idol"-type warbling?
Could not agree more.

Mick needs to dance with them that brung him, to quote Molly Ivins.

Without the rest of the Stones, there's something lacking.

I like this song. It's a bit all over the place and really brings out Joss Stone's talents. Fun stuff!
I have listened to this objectively (really, I have) and come to the conclusion that it is rubbish.

The opening of this song is quite cool, but the vocals are a bit overbearing (is that Fergie wailing away?)

Edit: thanks for the info, Bill — it's Joss Stone singing alongside Mick.

^^ this ^^
I marked this low just because of that.
Sounds worse every time I hear it. Ready for this to go away.
Ouch!  What a tough segue!     From Beatles to ... this?   {#Stupid}
Love the album/cd design.

Fear not the unwashed.

there's something about this that reminds me of early British electronica—Prodigy (before Madonna got her talons in them and made them all "aggro") and the like....
I don't understand the low rating—Mick is amazing here, as is the whole group.
SuperHeavy is proof that they can't all be winners.
we need some songs just to make sure that there will be people who click on the "sucko parfo" option

From a rousing "Zorba the Greek" to this song - my adrenaline level is so high I could probably bench-press a jeep.  But heck - I'd rather dance. {#Dancingbanana}
Funny that the most energetic song on RP these days features a senior citizen

Kinda cool — despite you puke-and-parrot giffing naysayers! Go, Mick! Superheavy techno sound voodoo disguises that you can't hold a tune, but what the hey, most of us have known that for years now. Since I don't have to watch you strut your stage dance stuff, I'd iPod this to pump through me a screamin' bike ride.

Glad you like this one Bill.  Many of us do as well.  Keep it in the rotation.

Not the usual RP song.  Thanks for pushing the RP boundaries.  I think RP could use a bit more variety!  Thanks Bill.

Bumping this from 8 to 9.  It just kickstarts my whole day - how can I NOT get anything done when this song is playing?  I love it... {#Dancingbanana}{#Dancingbanana}
Already tired of this.
Very cool! Would that Mick had foregone everything after "Some Girls," and gone straight to this...

I wonder how much coke Mick had to do to get this energetic.  At his age, it might be more prudent to slow it down a bit.

{#High-five} I love all the elements of this song - they really mix it up and keep it fresh. I've heard it a few times, and it's impossible for me to sit still.  So - Alexandra, let's DANCE (I'll go get romeotuma and we'll catch the elevator to the rooftop...) {#Dancingbanana}
Ha ha! This is really jolly good. Why the lack of love?

SHUT UP MICK!!!!!!!!!

Heh. Reply of the month!

I have GOT to get this! I love the mix - love the take they have on music - love the sense of adventure... Yep, gonna spend money I don't have on this one. Jagger - good on ya, mate! Never stand still - never rest on your laurels - always bash forward. Damn - I cleaned my bedroom to this song. Imagine what would happen if I just played it over and over... {#Dancingbanana_2}

I just HAD to dance! This kicks.
Mr. Jagger is having way too much fun for a man his age. Good on ya, Mick!

Yeah... Travelling Wilburys sure sounded cacaphonous, right?
I like the name. Modest—like Cream, Blind Faith, and Bono Vox. Good tune, tho'.
Think it was Stewart on the harmonica. Sounded very Eurythmics.

This  is kind of cool. I could do without the rap stuff, but still pretty cool.
Me like this one.
Song is a ho-hum but gets the Jaggerrap-Bonus of +3. :D

...can we get a bewildered-one-googly-eye emoticon?:..
I'm starting to really dislike both songs I've heard from them. Annoying.

Anybody with any music knowledge can pick the Nursery Rhyme influenced Band.

Bravo!

After the Beatles or anything else I think this one pretty much sux balls.  Juss sayin'.

Yuk.

exactly

it appears to be louder than preceding songs...

Good song but it needed to have previous songs build up to it...
i read in Rolling Stone that Mick "rapped" on this album... not bad for a 70 year old.
major

Grabbed me from the first couple of notes, and I can't stop moving!  This is definitely a motivating song - good stuff. {#Dancingbanana}
