Pure pain...A criminal would confess rather than be subjected to this torture.
The criminals aren't so innocent after listening to this dreck.
Boring, painful, pretentious, cloying, all of those things. That tremulous oh-so-sensitive voice and off-key guitar are so grating. Phew.

It's OK, but the dun da da dun da da dun da da. C'mon Ben! I know he laid this song down in one take and unfortuantely it comes across like thatl; lacking a lot in a melody. Lyrics are pretty good and possibly with better a better melody could be brought out of the depths of a cloying song of annoyance.

I'm not digging the guitar either. The simplistic waltz strums sound like me trying to play the guitar...and I stink out loud.
