Hand me down my favourite coat
Show what you're made of, surprise us both
Fly in the night, slow down town
Brake too fast, and bring us round, bring us round
And the finest days have come
Summer nights go on so long
So high I might as well be gone

And you are magnificent
And I can see you with my eyes closed
You're the last one standing

Lean and hungry with a fire in your eyes
I'll play catch up, you can show me where it's at
I'll go along with anything that you want to do
Every day I'm making ground
So high I might as well be gone

And you are magnificent
And I can see you with my eyes closed
When you're walking into my house
I'll be the last one standing

If you want you can get there
Night vision can I find your
White doves land in your treasure tower
And I promise that I won't look back
Every day I'm making ground
So high I might as well be gone

And you are magnificent
And I can see you with my eyes closed
When you're walking into my house
I'll be the last one standing

And you are magnificent
And I can see you with my eyes closed
When you're walking into my house
I'll be the last one standing

All things Finn are TEN!!
Thanks for playing so much Neil Finn, Tim Finn, Finn Brothers, and Crowded House!
13 NF tracks in the library - three off this magnificent album - more please Bill and Rebecca - Merry Christmas to both of you and thanks for another year of great eclectic tracks. {#Notworthy} {#Sunny}
Thank You Bill!  Love this tune!
Oh, this album is so spectacular!  Why doesn't RP play more tracks?
I also really like "Loose Tongue" from this album...
This one felt weaker to me at first, than the rest of the track, but it grew on me, grew into a quiet little gem of a song.

Thanks for the recommendation, Zimmer-Man - I loved Crowded House, and Neil Finn eclipses the band. I'll definitely invest in this CD. "Late night driving music..." I like the sound of that...
For my money, this is the weakest track on a very, very strong CD, and the only one I frequently skip when listening. The rest is purely fantastic.

Try Whistling This is my late night driving music. It starts out perfectly with this song and ends poignantly with "Addicted." Thanks for uploading it.

Okay, I'll be the first! This is my first successful upload to the main playlist and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. Mr. Finn (the Younger) most certainly has a way with a love song!
Great song, great album. Less "Private Universe," more of the ECLECTIC Finn. Let the uploading commence!
This song reminds me of falling in love with my husband.

And you are magnificent
And I can see you with my eyes closed

This is one damn magnificent collection of songs. Neil can do no wrong!

nice upload! this song is from one of my top 3 albums ever. only Neil Finn could say for sure, but I think he wrote it about his son...
