Bela Fleck followed by Bruce Cockurn... Gonna be a great day here at RP ;)
Thanks RP!!
What's with the low rating on one of my favourite, most amazing virtuoso Bruce works?!?

This is a Solid 10 at Least!

So Pleasantly surprised to have this pop onto the playlist!

Every time I hear this my soul feels restored! :)

Just watched this video. It really highlights and showcases his incredible finger style. What an amazing songwriter and musician! Thank you for posting about this video.

His last name, however, is spelled: COCKBURN

Agreed. A great CD, though in some ways a bit dated. I also really like "Breakfast in New Orleans Dinner in Timbuktu."

Jeeze, I'm groing old: just heard Bruce Coburn and thought it was Joan Armatrading.
....and my subconscious, knowing the correct pronounciation of the surname, changed Cockburn into Coburn.

Nice. Saw Cockburn solo (for the second time) in a small theater in Wyoming a couple of months ago. I'll say it again--the guy's an awesome picker and puts on a great show. Don't miss a chance to see him.

Perfect beautiful segue....
