Sunday was a bright day yesterday
Dark cloud has come into the way
Sunday was a bright day yesterday
Dark cloud has come into the way
They sing to the darkest night long before
They sing to the darkest night long before

Why can't I face it? Am I too blind to see?
Why did he go? Why did he leave me?

Sunday was a bright day yesterday
Dark cloud has come into the way
Oo-oo-oo-oo-oooo, la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la
Oo-oo-oo-oo-oooo, la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la

Why can't I face it? Am I too blind to see?
Why did he go? Why did he leave me?

Yep: I have one Moby CD, and one is enough.
whoever told Moby "stick with what works!" should have reminded him to make sure it works first...
Moby, go back to space where you came from.
yawn
Ah, just looking at a calendar makes me think he wrote this a little bit longer ago - in 2000, September 11 fell on a Monday, make Sunday the day before his birthday. (Yay for cal and other handy linux/unix utils....)
Hey Brian, cool to see another RP listener from KCMO. To me, the chord structure of this song sounds almost identical to \"Porcelain\".

Saw Moby live about a week ago. Not too bad. He said the only song on 18 that was written after September 11 was We Are All Made of Stars.

EXACTLY. Moby ain't the most creative guy out there. he just sticks with that annoying damn formula.
Well, just another Moby song... - vocal sample, beginner like piano play and some easy going strings... Hmm, same stuff as usual, nothing special, but sounds way cute...
The song I like. I don\'t know that I could deal with an hour of it, though.
September 11th, 2001 was on a Tuesday. Than why is this song titled Sunday(The Day Before My Birthday)?
Very depressing song. I give it a 9. Apparently Moby's birthday is on September 11. Everyone deals with tragic events differently; moby chose music to be his outlet. If you haven't already, go out and buy this album.
