80s Black Uhuru was quite dark and underground wid a lot o' in dub mon! I mean in a good way! This'd make you wonder it was the same group! Pure cheddar this!!
I'm so damn sick of this song. Give it rest.

How about the canned bird chirps? I'd never noticed those before. At least it's not Ryan Adams.
Something irks me about programmed drum tracks in reggae. They always feel out of place. Would like it much better with real drums.
Oh man, I can't believe nobody did this already. I can't contact StarFleet, Captain!
Grooving, exciting, interesting, and grooving. Art_Carnage wrote:

Huge reggae fan (as you can tell from my handle), but this is pretty dull.

Hopefully, you'll put in the same effort when you hear a 10!

Biased I'm afraid, not the best UK reggae band and horribly bad live. In fact the only 'act' I've walked out on. They were playing locally and phoning it in long distance.

Sorry, guys. I couldn't listen to this song long enuf to rate it. I just don't have the reggae gene.
Certainly not their best song but not bad.

As with all genres, there is good to be found in reggae as well. RP's great strength is ability to suss out the good stuff. This discernment is particularly valuable when it comes to underexposed, non-familiar (at least to the majority of our populace) "sub"-genres such as reggae. I do agree that this Black Uhuru groove is "most excellent" (aka known in the world of RP as "8"). 8)

Outstanding choice. Like \'da reggae mon.
