The myth that RP is a "rock station" has been long since dispelled. RP plays lots of non-rock music. So just sit back and enjoy. Genres, we don't need no stinking genres.

From Wikipedia: Plena is a folkloric genre native of Puerto Rico. Its creation was influenced by African and Spanish music. The music is related to similar music in Trinidad and Barbados.
