It literally (sort of) translates into "If I'm in the yolk of the egg", which, figuratively speaking, means  being tangled up in the middle of things. Basically, he's saying there's a lot of difficult things weighing on his mind.

Bought the album off iTunes, and it's effed up. It crackles and pops. It's the weirdest thing, but I never bothered to complain to the Borg Collective about it. Anyone else ever have that happen with a download from iTunes?
